HOW A SEWER INSPECTION WORKS:
• Preparation - Sewer inspections work by inserting a small, specialized camera down the sewer allowing us to see the entire inside of the sewer line. The sewer is access via the cleanout, a small, capped pipe that allows direct access to the sewer line.
• High Resolution Video - The camera is attached to a flexible cable and sends live, high resolution video feed back to a monitor as it travels through the sewer line.
• Expert Plumbing Inspection - The plumber inspects the sewer line for things like cracks, breaks, blockages, tree roots, corrosion, and other damage that could affect the function of the sewer system.
• Take Notes - Similar to any inspection process, the plumber takes notes throughout the process, including screenshots of any necessary repairs or maintenance that the sewer line may need.
• Estimate Repairs - The plumber gives one last review of the video after the inspection is complete and creates a game plan, along with the home or property owner for any recommended maintenance or repairs.
